Description:	My name is Alice and I’m the photographer behind The Chronicles! I am also a licensed architect and when I am not taking pictures, I work as a freelance architect and graphic designer. My story begins in Bucharest, the city where I was born and raised and the place I’ve discovered my passion for everything creative (except singing, which I cannot do at all!). In recent years I moved to Portugal after meeting my husband who is one of the best art restorers out there and one of the best souls too. He is the one who introduced me to this special country, its kind people and diverse landscapes. My first memory concerning taking pictures dates from when I was maybe 10 years old and my parents thought I was old enough to be trusted with handling a basic film camera. Learning to shoot on film first brought along the discipline and training needed to develop “an eye” for composition, framing and visual storytelling. Personally, I consider the human interaction and connection to possess one of the highest expressive qualities which is part of the reason I enjoy being a wedding photographer. My approach to wedding photography is mainly documentary, capturing your story in an unobtrusive way as it naturally unfolds. My focus is always on who you really are and your authentic feelings for each other.
